Veterans Employee Resource Group
Military Veterans have a rich history at Air Products. They are passionate, dedicated employees working in all parts of the organization. You’ll find them in Human Resources, Operations, Finance, Engineering and elsewhere, and at all levels, from individual contributors to executive leaders. Our Veterans Employee Resource Group impacts Air Products and the community by:
- Raising awareness of the commitment and positive impact of the veteran community in the company.
- Building strong bonds between the veteran community inside and outside Air Products to assist with talent acquisition, retention, and facilitating guidance and networking aimed at career advancement opportunities.

Driver Finishing Academy
At Air Products, we recognize the importance of a smooth transition from military to civilian careers, and our program aims to support each individual on this journey. Our Academy sets up Veterans with the success they need with our six-week program.
Driver Apprenticeship Program
Eligible participants can receive their tax-free VA educational benefits for up to two years. Check your veteran eligibility status at VA.gov. The Department of Veteran Affairs pays the driver directly based on eligibility.
