Experis® Gases for Detection and Safety — because people come first

Employee safety is the most important factor in any operation, and regulations must be observed to ensure their protection. That's why at Air Products we have developed a range of gases, chemicals and gas handling equipment for the detection and safety market.

The Experis® gases range includes both pure gases and gas mixtures for leak testing applications.

Detectors protect plants and people from hazardous situations caused by accidental release of toxic, corrosive or flammable gases and from asphyxiation. These instruments require regular calibration. Experis® gases mixtures are highly accurate and stable, meaning they are ideal for this application. Our Experis® gas range includes:

  • Flammable mixtures containing CH4, C3H8, C4H8 in Air
  • Toxic mixtures containing HCl, HCN, H2S or NH3
  • Helium based mixtures to test for minute leaks both quickly and safely, with a high degree of sensivity in a variety of installations and pressure systems.

Furthermore our Experis® pure gases containing the lowest levels of impurities available on the market are ideal for leak testing analysis completed with GC or micro-GC instruments coupled with MS (Mass Spectrometer).

Did you Know?

Are you using a regulator for oxygen service? Has it been professionally cleaned prior to use?

We always recommend that oxygen regulators are subjected to "oxygen cleaning" before being supplied to you.  The process involves degreasing, which substantially reduces the risk of explosion.  To find out more contact us.
