Bespoke mixtures are created to meet the needs of your unique experiment or laboratory analysis requirement. In most cases these Spec Gas mixtures are gravimetrically filled so that you can be assured all mixtures meet exacting standards and fall within the prescribed accuracies and tolerances.

We also create a range of CRM (Certified Reference Material) mixtures to comply with the legislation requirements of various countries, as well as tailored blends of process mixtures to support your production needs.

  Low concentration mixtures of reactive gases may show changes in concentration both over time and as the cylinder pressure falls. Since their stability is essential to the reliability of analytical results, we put our cylinders through special treatments and use proprietary technology to produce the Experis® gas mixture ranges. These mixtures are ultra-stable, even in the ppb range. Results have been verified and confirmed by independent National Laboratories. Air Products is the first and only company to offer 10 year shelf life for many of our gas mixtures. In addition to bringing peace of mind; the longer shelf life also reduces cylinder changeovers and the administration linked to ordering cylinders. There is no extra charge for the 10 Year Shelf Life.
• State-of-the-Art Mixture Filling
  All our mixtures are filled using the most accurate and cost-effective technology. For most applications our filling systems use gravimetric filling (component addition by weight) on high precision weighing scales. This precise instrumentation and our technical expertise ensure that the rigorous tolerance requirements are always fulfilled.
• Mixtures Traceability
  All our calibration mixtures are delivered with a calibration certificate fully compliant to ISO 6141 requirements. Due to our thorough approach to quality, we are able to trace every mixture back to its original filling data. This data includes cylinder numbers, actual components weights and chromatographic and spectroscopic analysis results. Furthermore, the weigh scales are calibrated against traceable weights on a regular basis.
