My nose is getting sore

If your nose is getting sore, your headgear may be too tight so try loosening it a little.

If your mask has one, try moving the forehead adjuster so the mask is pushed away from the bridge of your nose.
If the problem persists you may need a different type of mask. Please contact our Homecare Helpline on
LoCall 1850 240202 (ROI only) or Freephone 0800 328 5875 (NI only).

Use your fitting guides as a reference to ensure you are applying your mask correctly. If your skin has become reddened or has broken, contact your nurse specialist at the hospital for advice on suitable wound dressings.
