Our healthcare team operates through a network of employees working throughout Ireland. We work together to ensure we meet your needs around the clock.
All Air Products’ Homecare Technicians carry an identity card stating who they are and that they work for Air Products. You should ask the Homecare Technician to show you their card before you let them into your home.
All our Homecare Technicians undergo a thorough training programme before they are allowed to make service visits.
When your oxygen equipment is first installed, the Homecare technician will give you a Patient Pack which contains all the information you’ll need when using oxygen. The homecare technician will also explain some of the things you need to be aware of and offer advice on using oxygen outside the home or going on holiday.
Each time you are due a visit from one of our Homecare Technicians you will receive a telephone call to say that the homecare technician is on their way. Each homecare technician is given a certain geographical area to manage, so you should see the same homecare technician on a regular basis. You will probably only see someone different if your regular homecare technician is on holiday or off sick.
The Customer Service Team is on hand to answer any questions you may have about your equipment, replacement consumables, account queries, advice on holiday oxygen orders or answer any queries you may have about the service.
Please note that calls to the Homecare Helpline may be recorded.
