Q. How do I organise oxygen for a new patient?

For a medical card holder – an oxygen prescription form will need to be completed and sent to the appropriate PCCC for the attention of the applicances section.

For a non-medical card holder – complete an oxygen prescription form and fax it to Air Products

Q. How soon with the oxygen be delivered?

A. General installations are completed within two working days following receipt of an approved prescription and when the family/patient are available.

Q. If the patient’s oxygen requirements change, what do I need to do?

A. Please forward a revised prescription indicating any changes to the appropriate PCCC and our customer service team.

Q. How do I organise a removal of oxygen from a patient’s address?

A.Please fax a request for removal to Air Products on +353 829 3966. Please include the patient's name, address and reason for removal. This request needs to be signed, dated and clearly state the name and position of the healthcare professional requesting the removal.

Q. What are the costs involved?

A. For less than 2 Euros per day, a patient can have a fully supported oxygen concentrator and oxygen back-up cylinder.
