What if I have a problem with my equipment?

If you have a problem with your nebuliser compressor, first refer to the booklet that was given to you with your machine.

If you cannot resolve the problem yourself, call our customer service team on +353 (0)1 809 1800, LoCall 1850 240202 (ROI only) or Freephone 0800 328 5875 (Northern Ireland) between 8.00am-5.00pm, Monday to Friday. One of our trained customer service operators will try to identify and solve the problem.

If we cannot solve the problem over the phone we may arrange for one of our technicians to call at your home.

How do I obtain more mouthpieces, masks or tubing?
