Our team

Clinical nurse advisors

Our clinical nurse advisors are all qualified nurses who have a keen interest and understanding of patients with respiratory ailments.

Regionally based, each clinical nurse advisor forms essential links with health care professionals across Primary and Secondary care to facilitate safe and appropriate usage of the Home Oxygen Service.

Patient forums provide regular engagement with patient groups and ensure that Air Products continues to maintain and develop its oxygen patient focus. Through listening and responding to patients, the clinical nurse team ensure that oxygen patients are engaged with the ongoing oxygen service and product development.

Sales team

Regionally based, the sales specialists offer advice and product support on our oxygen service to health care professionals. They work closely with the clinical nurse advisors in their region to support equipment trials/demonstrations, training etc.

Customer Service Team (CST)

Our CST is the first point of contact for all enquiries from patients and customers. The team deals with queries ranging from troubleshooting and new prescriptions, to receipts and payments.

Homecare technicians

Our homecare technicians are responsible for installing equipment in patients' homes and for making regular service visits. They will provide patients with all the information and advice they need on operating and maintaining their equipment, and doing so safely. All our homecare technicians undergo a thorough training programme before they are allowed to make service visits.
