PURSUIT DYNAMICS & AIR PRODUCTS JOIN FORCES TO REVOLUTIONISE SAUCE PRODUCTION IN EUROPE

Two of Europe’s most innovative food equipment companies have joined forces to bring manufacturers new options in cold fill sauce production.

Pursuit Dynamics and Air Products have worked together to present the revolutionary PDX® Sonic & the Freshline® Continuous Sauce Chiller as an integrated single line production unit.

The unique solution for cooking and chilling sauces dramatically reduces processing time and significantly increasing manufacturer’s throughput capacity whilst remaining within, or even reducing, the existing plant footprint; maximising plant cost-effectiveness.

The revolutionary system can be readily retrofitted into existing plant layouts and provides manufacturers with much improved flexibility and versatility for their existing production processes compared with traditional equipment.

Not only does the PDX® Sonic and Freshline® Continuous Sauce Chiller deliver ground-breaking speeds in sauce production but they also provide manufacturers numerous ‘green’ advantages such as reduced product waste, repeatable automatic processes, reduced CIP/effluent requirements and efficient use of energy.

To enable customers to understand the true potential of this innovative new technology, facilities are available at the Pursuit Dynamics site in Huntingdon, UK for trials and demonstrations.

Stephen Davies Pursuit Processing Equipment CEO commented, “We are delighted to announce our collaboration with Air Products. The combination of the PDX® Sonic and the Freshline® Continuous Chiller is the ideal solution for forward thinking sauce manufacturers right across Europe. Both Pursuit Dynamics and Air Products are committed to bringing their customers new ways of reducing costs, increasing production whilst remaining environmentally friendly.”

Uwe Rosenbaum, Air Products’ business development specialist, Food and Cryogenics says, “The systems are ideal for food processors looking for new solutions to their sauce manufacturing. The combined offering allows for rapid sauce cooking and chilling and can fit easily within limited floor space. We are excited about the opportunities we can bring to the market with the joint technology offering”.
