The MBA Career Development Programme is designed for recent MBA graduates who are interested in exploring assignments in both financial and commercial areas.

"Most people get their MBAs to change the direction of their career. They typically want to get more involved in the business end of the company they work for. At Air Products our MBA career development programme is designed to do just that. We jump start people's careers by giving them three assignments in their first two years. These assignments range across our businesses and are in our financial and commercial functions which are the primary areas for people to get a broad look at the business. By doing this we get people who have a wide solid base in the company. We view the MBA career development programme to be an investment in the future leaders of our company".
A Rotational Programme with Flexibility
This self-directed programme consists of three assignments lasting about eight months in length in both commercial and financial roles. Your initial assignment is determined by Air Products considering your career interests as a new MBA and the needs of the organisation. You select subsequent assignments. Assignments are normally located at our company headquarters in Lehigh Valley, PA.
Real Work Experiences
As an MBA CDP, you'll have real work experiences with high visibility. You'll be given a broad perspective of our businesses and products and will be encouraged to take the lead in planning and developing your career. A senior manager or executive will be your mentor to assist you in guiding your career.
You Make an Impact
You will be encouraged to take on as much responsibility as you can handle, as quickly as you can handle it. You will have multiple challenges and exciting work in our business and Corporate areas.
You'll network with other MBA CDPs through business and social functions. You'll work with senior level managers and vice-presidents throughout the company. And you'll be invited to take advantage of our Employee Networks and Intramural Sports teams as other ways to meet and influence employees.
To produce the future leaders of the company by giving them the opportunity to enhance their professional and technical skills, clarify their career interests and develop their leadership abilities.
